The IPA system simplifies the window manufacturing process and allows the joiner fit hardware quickly into predetermined grooves. One groove for the sash and one groove for the frame ( see example opposite). Now you can fabricate any type of window you want; top hung,
 side hung, side swing, canopy, fully reversible.

The system is now availalbe for some PVC sections too including Rehau Nordic plus.
